During the 2024-2025 school year, we created impactful demo projects surrounding our core departments of Biology, Entertainment, Real Estate, and Finance, all with an intersection of Artificial Intelligence. Here at Marshall Artificial Intelligence Association, we innovate.
Our Spring 2025 Demo Project was training a machine learning model to predict arrhythmia and heart disease by taking in time series ECG (electrocardiogram) data that records the electrical activity of the heart. On the business side, we conducted market research and gauged financial and ethical impacts.

Entertainment
Our Spring 2025 Demo Project, Robin’s Cut, is an AI-powered film dashboard that helps filmmakers bring ideas to life. With tools like a script writer, storyboard generator, budget calculator, and ROI analysis, it supports both creative development and financial planning in the entertainment industry.
During Spring 2025, the AI Real Estate Cohort collected data from the 48 largest REITs, building a comprehensive dataset of industry leaders. Using this information, we analyzed correlations across key financial and operational inputs to better predict the creditworthiness of both REITs and their direct assets.

Tools Used:Python, Pandas, Sci-kit Learn, Flask, Numpy
Finance
The project develops AI-powered tools to simplify expense categorization for small businesses and individuals. Features include real-time categorization, alerts, predictive insights, and intuitive dashboards. Though limited by generic advice and basic visuals, future plans add advanced AI, graphs, integrations, and mobile access. Partnerships expand reach to larger businesses and organizations.
