By combining a personal medication tracking hub with clinically grounded AI explainers, phAIrm makes medication safety and adherence simpler, smarter, and more accessible for everyday users navigating their health with greater confidence and clarity.

In Fall 2025, the Entertainment Department launched Stanza, an indie music marketplace matching independent artists’ songs to student activities. Partnering with four student musicians, we curated 21 tracks across four genres into playlists for driving, studying, relaxing, and more. Users log in with Apple Music, choose an activity, and our algorithm recommends similar student tracks. In seconds, listeners discover new music while artists gain local exposure.
Praedium is an AI platform that predicts multifamily loan delinquency before it happens. By analyzing loan, property, and market data, it identifies early risk patterns traditional metrics miss. Using advanced machine learning models, Praedium helps lenders improve underwriting, monitor portfolios proactively, and reduce financial losses through earlier, data-driven intervention

Hi, this is Penny! Financial fraud and scams are rising, especially among the elderly. We created Penny, a real-time fraud detection system for nursing home residents that monitors calls and emails. If a scam is detected, GPIO stoplight LEDs on a Raspberry Pi alert the user, a voice agent guides next steps, and a synchronous iOS app shares call logs and intervention steps with staff. Penny was recognized by multiple nursing homes and won first place at MAIA Demo Day!

Curate is an AI platform that turns saved content into organized inspiration. Built for creators, it pulls Reels, TikToks, and Pins into one space, tagging and building moodboards automatically. As users engage, Curate learns their style and delivers tailored ideas and insights. It helps creators move from saving to creating, making inspiration searchable and actionable.
