Hi! I'm Vanya Shrivastava, a sophomore studying AI for Business from Richmond, Virginia. I'm the Head of Finance for MAIA, and I love working on technical AI/ML projects for social good!

 

This past summer, I was a Project Leader at AI Ready's first-ever AI Summer Camp at Virginia Commonwealth University, where I taught 55+ high school students ML basics, explained model architecture, and oversaw them building their own CNN models on Raspberry Pis running YOLOv8 computer vision.

 

Outside of AI work, I love traveling, trying new restaurants, making videos, and exploring the city. I'm super excited to see what we accomplish this semester!
